RETURNS
Of course we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but acknowledge that on occasion you might need to send an instrument back to us, which is why we have clear return policies.
Return Policy - For Unwanted Goods:
In accordance with British consumer Law we offer a 7 day cooling-off period following delivery of your guitar to your nominated delivery address. During this period, you may contact us if you want to return the guitar and we will issue you with a Returns Number and form. Upon safe return of the guitar to us, in the same undamaged condition as supplied, including any packaging and accessories, we will issue a refund.
Cost of returning the guitar safely is to be met by the customer, but we strongly recommend a safe, secure, guaranteed, signed for and insured service covering the full retail value of your instrument.
We reserve the right to withhold up to 15% of the purchase price from any refund as a restocking fee.
Return Policy - For Damaged or Faulty Goods and items sent in error:
In the unfortunate event that a package was sent in error, or an item is delivered non-working or damaged, please inform us in writing that you require a Returns Number and form (email is fine) as soon as possible with full details. Keep all packaging safe.
- Please inspect all packaging and goods upon receipt, and prior to signing the delivery slip, as this is important in case a claim needs to be made against the delivery service or courier company.
- Goods damaged in Transit / during delivery: Please inform us immediately, and we will deal with the matter together with our courier company. Refund, repair or replacement may be choices offered to you subject to availability.
- Faulty goods: With your cooperation we will offer to repair, replace or refund any guitar found to have been faulty when supplied, as appropriate. Please contact us for a Returns Number and form, and we will organise to collect the instrument free of charge for assessment. Should no manufacturing fault be found, a charge to recoup cost of collection may be made, and a new charge for postage and packing may be made to send the item back to you.
- Should we have to fix or replace any part of a guitar used, worn, damaged or misused by a customer, we reserve the right to charge for this service.
